Your day-to-day activities as an Operations Engineer, Fleet Reliability include designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems that ensure our fleet's reliability and performance. Key responsibilities encompass:

• Developing and deploying observability tools, such as Prometheus and Grafana, to monitor and analyze system performance


• Implementing orchestration solutions to automate and optimize system management


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques


• Analyzing system data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions


• Developing and enforcing best practices for system reliability and maintenance, ensuring alignment with industry standards


• Working closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies


• Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for our systems. You will be working remotely and collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers, reporting to the Director of Operations.
