Your day-to-day activities as an Operations Insights, Tax professional involve analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining business intelligence tools using Looker and Tableau to provide actionable insights to stakeholders


• Designing and implementing analytics solutions to measure tax performance and compliance


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Tax, Finance, and Engineering, to inform strategic decisions


• Conducting ad-hoc analysis to address business questions and identify areas for process improvement


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to optimize tax operations


• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders


• Working closely with the Tax team to develop and refine tax strategies and operational processes. You are leveraging your technical skills in business intelligence, analytics, and taxes, combined with your ability to communicate complex insights effectively, to drive business outcomes.
