About the Role Lyra Health is looking for a high-impact Operations Lead to execute the operations for our Neurodiversity Center of Excellence (COE). This is a critical role designed for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of process design, clinical collaboration, and innovation. You will be the engine behind the COE, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, evaluate, and build the workflows to support clients and our providers. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is energized by building scalable systems from the ground up while maintaining a deep focus on client and provider experience.
