Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead, you will lead a team of content creators, visual content designers, reviewers and production specialists to bring education to life for students and teachers across Australia and international markets. In this pivotal role, you'll own the people, the performance and the delivery of your team; turning our content roadmap into executable plans and making sure high-quality, curriculum-aligned courses land on time and to standard. This is a role for a leader who is equally comfortable coaching people, solving delivery problems and using data to make sharp, informed decisions.
