We are looking for an Operations Specialist - Driver Early-Life Engagement to join the Local Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the driver journey from registration through their first 30 days on the platform. You will play a key role in improving registration and activation speed, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing driver engagement and retention during the most critical stages of the lifecycle.
