Order Fulfillment Assistant (immediate start / 8-week contract)

Burlingame, California Onsite - Must currently reside locally; this is not a remote-eligible role. Position Summary The Assistant Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking asset movements, scheduling transportation, creating documentation and ensuring the timely delivery of shipments. This role requires collaboration across sourcing, manufacturing, operations, and logistics teams to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of project management, asset tracking and issue resolution, along with a strong background in logistics, supply chain operations, and procurement processes.
