Identify portfolio patterns, market opportunities, capability gaps, and investment areas for partner growth. Lead partner skills, capability, and capacity planning; drive learning culture, Centers of Excellence, and revenue conversion. Lead business-design briefings and strategic partner business plans aligned to GPS priorities, cloud consumption, and digital transformation. Develop partner recruitment plans to expand or balance the partner portfolio and fill market opportunities. Ensure partners build world-class sales and technical teams with the right talent, readiness, incentives, and transformation plans. Lead GTM campaigns, incentives, launch readiness, Marketplace offers, and marketing plans with partner teams. Coach partners on pipeline, top deals, consumption targets, digital transformation, sales motions, MSX opportunity progression, and forecasting. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 8+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field AND 10+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.
