Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and innovation of our partner programs. You will be instrumental in building and enhancing our partner portal, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional partner experience. Responsibilities Program Development and Innovation: Design, build, and manage a world-class partner program from the ground up, with a focus on continuous innovation and improvement. Partner Portal Enhancement: Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our partner portal to ensure a seamless and engaging partner experience. Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner programs and initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders. Enablement and Training: Develop and deliver training and enablement resources to empower our partners to succeed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our partner programs. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience in partner program management, preferably in the cybersecurity or identity security space. Program Management: Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and innovating partner programs. Partner Portals: Demonstrated experience in building and enhancing partner portals, with a strong focus on user experience. Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for partner success. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
