Job Family: Administration Support and Clerical Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: As a Loan Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day lender service operations including one or more of the following loan servicing functions: Daily/Monthly electronic disbursements Document processing Payment calculations Security redemptions Review daily balance activity Remittance reconciliation Monitoring industry performance/adherence with stated agreements Monitoring audit artifacts You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or make simple adaptions and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. You will be able to escalate any recognized issues.
