Payroll Associate (apprentice)

Reporting to a Senior Payroll Specialist and part of our French Payroll Team (3 persons), you will support our payroll operations in France, helping to deliver the monthly payroll for our 460 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining an employee-centric approach. In your day to day, and in coordination with our Payroll Specialist, you will: Participate in the monthly payroll production process using ADP Decidium Retrieve the monthly payroll data from our HRIS (Workday) Enter and verify payroll data, maintain and update employee records in ADP Decidium Calculate and process salaries, social charges, and taxes according to French regulations and our bargaining agreement (SYNTEC) Contact with agencies such as Social Security or Prévoyance, etc. Handle the recovery of daily social security indemnities (IJSS) Monitor sick leave until the initiation of the “Prévoyance” and ensure follow-up of active “Prévoyance” claims.
