As a Payroll Specialist (APAC) at Flywire, your key responsibilities include managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate financial records. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing payroll operations for multiple countries in the APAC region, including Singapore, India, China, Australia, and Japan


• Ensuring compliance with SOX, local tax laws, and other regulatory requirements


• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including payroll journals and accounting entries


• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data into our ERP system


• Providing expert advice and guidance on payroll-related matters to employees and management


• Staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends, and implementing changes as needed


• Analyzing payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. You will be working closely with our finance team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, and will have the opportunity to develop your technical and soft skills, including expertise in ERP systems, taxes, and regulatory requirements.
