Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Payroll Specialist include managing daily sustaining administration duties across all Payroll functions, ensuring compliance with corporate social responsibility, finance, taxes, and payroll regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing daily payroll administration tasks, including data entry and reconciliation


• Collaborating with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and benefits administration


• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and automation


• Providing exceptional customer service to employees, addressing payroll-related inquiries and issues


• Analyzing and resolving payroll discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
