Your day-to-day activities as a PCB Layout Designer / ECAD Engineer include:
  • Designing and developing high-speed digital and analog circuits, ensuring signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to integrate PCB designs into our mobile robots

  • Utilizing Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools to create, simulate, and verify PCB layouts, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

  • Implementing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure seamless production and assembly of PCBAs

  • Troubleshooting and debugging PCB-related issues, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex technical problems

  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices and design standards

  • Staying current with emerging technologies and methodologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes. You will be working closely with our recruiting team to identify and attract top talent in the field, further expanding our team's capabilities. As part of our Hardware Engineering team, you will report to the Team Lead and collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and open communication.
