You will combine data-driven insights with AI-powered ways of working to shape our People strategy, contribute to organizational development initiatives, and drive smarter, more scalable, and more impactful People processes. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture and cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a key role in designing the next generation of People experiences that support Insider One's global growth.
