People Operations & Solutions Lead

Shape how our People function operates at scale. We’re looking for a Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to sit at the intersection of People, Technology, Data and Transformation. You’ll play a key role in building a scalable, secure and data-driven People function — owning global governance, driving Workday strategy, leading cross-functional cycles and helping us unlock the potential of automation and AI. What you’ll do 🌍 Global People Governance Own and drive alignment across global People processes, working closely with People Business Process Owners and senior People leadership. Act as a key escalation point for complex Workday, People Operations and People Data matters.
