As a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social, your day-to-day activities involve developing and executing data-driven paid social strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve ROI-positive results

  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to inform campaign strategies

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and creative teams

  • Creating and managing campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest paid social platform features, best practices, and industry developments

  • Collaborating with the marketing analytics team to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve campaign performance, leveraging AI and CRM insights to drive personalization and customer engagement.
