Performance Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to help execute and scale Coram's demand generation programs. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, moves fast, takes ownership, and knows how to turn ideas into campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. You'll work closely with our Demand Generation Lead on strategy while owning day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional projects. This is a role for someone who likes being in the details, launching campaigns, digging into performance, testing new ideas, and finding ways to use AI and automation to move faster and get better results.
