Principal Consulting Staff Technical Manager - Government Contracts Manager

Oracle is seeking an experienced Government Contracts professional to lead the review, negotiation, drafting, and management of complex federal contracts. This role will partner closely with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to support strategic opportunities and ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle—from RFP/RFX through award. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with extensive government contracting experience, strong judgment in non-standard deal structures, and deep knowledge of federal acquisition regulations. A former Government Contracting Officer is strongly preferred.
