Principal Software Engineer

Data Integration: Connect CRM with Ads systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms (Power BI). AI-Enhanced Features: Support AI-first initiatives and automation capabilities within CRM systems to streamline workflows and improve seller efficiency. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals. Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance, and security standards. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
