Principal Technical Program Manager - Supply Chain

Lead complex technical and operational programs supporting cloud capacity planning. Act as the main liaison with Azure Engineering Groups, Finance, and Cloud Supply Chain for cross-functional initiatives. Analyze financial and organizational data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations for leadership. Initiate corrective actions to improve performance across Cloud Compute operations. Establish, implement, and continuously refine scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and operating procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness. Anticipate business challenges based on the technical engineering roadmap. Oversee complex projects from planning through execution, managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications effectively. Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
