Principal Technical Program Manager

As part of PowerPoint TPM leadership, prioritize programs and foster excellence within the TPM discipline. Partner closely with PowerPoint PM and Engineering teams to plan, coordinate, and execute on product outcomes. Across programs, define success, establish schedules and milestones, align stakeholders, communicate status and ensure shared awareness of critical details and action items. Develop systems and playbooks, tooling and processes, risk mitigations, and continually evolve and improve our approach to tackling complex problems. Use AI to automate and accelerate programs and derive insights that become action to propel the team forward. Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 6+ years experience in program management, with a demonstrated record of delivering large, complex, cross-team technical programs by devloping systems, playbooks, tools, and processes that scale. Passion for eliminating ambiguity, ensuring accountability, and history of proactively adapting programs to consistently deliver results. Ability to align diverse stakeholders and influence cross-functional leaders toward decisions that produce measurable impact. Ability to lead senior-level discussions and distill complex technical details into clear, relevant messages. Demonstrated customer focus, with experience translating customer requirements into product capabilities.
