As a Principle NPI Engineer, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows


• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to improve product reliability and quality


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality engineering to ensure design for manufacturability and design for reliability


• Creating and executing Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure compliance with industry standards


• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution


• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and validation reports


• Collaborating with external partners and suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You are working closely with the Quality Director, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices, and utilizing your technical expertise in reliability engineering, English, root cause analysis, PPAP, and GD&T to drive results.
