Your day-to-day activities as a Process Associate involve analyzing and improving processes, utilizing tools such as Visio to create visual representations of workflows, and Zendesk to manage customer interactions. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining process documentation, ensuring that standard operating procedures are up-to-date and accessible to all stakeholders


• Collaborating with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity


• Creating and managing knowledge bases to share best practices and expertise across the organization


• Analyzing data and metrics to inform process improvements, and presenting findings to senior leadership


• Providing training and support to colleagues to ensure a smooth transition to new processes


• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of processes, identifying opportunities for further improvement


• Working closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that processes are aligned with industry standards and regulations.
