Process Development Engineer

Change the world. Love your job. In this role, you’ll work on our Advanced Technology Development (ATD) Technology Transfer team working as a Project Manager. You will lead the transfer of advanced process technologies from one fab to another fab worldwide to meet customer-specific dual sourcing requirements for assurance of supply and to enable capacity in advance of customer demand. You will partner with sending and receiving factory engineering and manufacturing teams, business groups, global sourcing and ramp (GSR) team, quality representatives and ATD technologists to reproduce and qualify process baselines that match the original fab physically and electrically in terms of parametric, yield, characterization and reliability metrics. You will gain perspective across the multi-fab, assembly & test (ONE MAKE) organization and in various business units.
