You are responsible for leading the technical development of SRM test handler systems, and your day-to-day activities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new equipment and processes. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing SRM integration and test handler setup for high-volume manufacturing

  • Developing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards

  • Utilizing Minitab and other statistical tools to analyze data and optimize process efficiency

  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime

  • Providing written and verbal technical support to manufacturing teams and stakeholders

  • Coordinating with external partners and suppliers to source equipment and materials

  • Developing and delivering training programs to ensure successful technology transfer. You are working closely with the manufacturing team, reporting to the engineering manager, and collaborating with other stakeholders to drive project delivery and quality assurance. Your written communication skills, project management expertise, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential to success in this role.
