Product Manager - Microsoft Entra: Global Secure Access

Analyze customer and market signals to uncover unmet and emerging needs. Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to engineering teams and other stakeholders. Own feature definition and the product-area backlog. Partner with engineering to navigate trade-offs, maintain focused execution, identify quick wins, and respond rapidly to customer needs. Drive product adoption and define success criteria and performance metrics. Use ongoing analysis of usage, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes to guide decisions and improve impact. Evangelize and demonstrate the product to internal and external audiences, including customers and partners. 4+ years of experience in cross-group and cross-functional product management roles. 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong technical foundation in security concepts. Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of solving customer problems and delivering value through product innovation. Data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making, with the ability to use data and metrics to measure, experiment, improve, and communicate product impact and outcomes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels. Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong technical security background in networking and identity. Knowledge of scalable service architecture and design. Technical background or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
