Who are we? Komodor is an Agentic Operations Platform for mission-critical production environments.We help enterprises to build custom agents under shared governance and context, and orchestrate them in end-to-end workflows for AI SRE, AI Software Operations, and Cost Optimization. With $90M in funding we're leading the autonomous infrastructure shift.Core missionWe're looking for a technical Product Manager to join Komodor's AI product team and help shape the platform enterprises use to build, run, optimize and govern AI agents in production. You'll define how any skill, script or runbook, whether built with Claude, Codex, LangChain or any other harness, becomes a production-ready agent. That includes how fleets of agents run at scale on any cloud and with any model, sharing memory and a living knowledge graph, and how they're continuously optimized for quality, speed and cost through golden scenarios, shadow experiments and model routing. It also means making sure every agent operates within the permissions, guardrails and approval gates the customer defines. You'll work directly with customers, solution architects and R&D leads, and translate complex AI and infrastructure tradeoffs into a sharp product strategy.What you will doWork on the product roadmap execution, aligned with Komodor's mission and customer needsCollaborate with engineering and design teams to drive Komodor’s AI to successConduct thorough market research, close work with sales teams and customer calls to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI integrationsEffectively communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and customersDefine KPIs around AI capabilities and utilize data-driven insights to make decisions and product iterations
