As a Product Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing product vision and strategy for our Workforce Application, aligning with company goals and industry trends


• Collaborating with engineering teams to develop and deliver high-quality products, leveraging your knowledge of financial technology and global workforce management


• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and informing product decisions with data-driven insights


• Working closely with global teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction


• Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, requirements, and specifications, and communicating product plans and progress to stakeholders


• Analyzing customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and optimization, and driving continuous improvement of our products and services


• Reporting to the Director of Product and working closely with the product management team to align on company-wide product strategy. You will be leveraging your technical skills, including knowledge of financial technology and human resources, as well as your soft skills, such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
