Program Manager, Competition & Market Regulation

Develop, use and maintain company tools, resources, databases, and processes to efficiently achieve work objectives leveraging AI Manage budgets, including monitoring and reporting to key stakeholders Provide support for the rhythm of business, planning cycles, agendas, facilitation, and priority setting Develop and maintain relationships with partner teams across multiple organizations (e.g., business support professionals, Finance, Human Resources) Coordinate and manage select client projects including internal presentations Serve as a communications hub and liaison between the CVP and internal/external stakeholders Recommend, develop, and implement efficiencies by introducing tools, templates, and frameworks that improve effectiveness Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. 4+ years' experience in project management, internal communications, and/or accounting/finance Ability to manage multiple, competing projects/priorities under tight deadlines, quickly prioritize for impact and deliver results An understanding of and passion for AI and developing new tools and use cases for AI to improve team efficiency and productivity Attention to detail with competent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with ability to have a wider or complete perspective Proven ability to partner, build trust, communicate with and influence key stakeholders to a common goal Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient financial and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically Self-starter who thrives in complex and fast paced environments The desire and ability to work as part of a diverse and inclusive team, and to foster a culture of respect, integrity and accountability
