In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex development projects, coordinating major software releases, and collaborating with strategic external partners. The ideal candidate should be an execution powerhouse with a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of leading technical teams or complex projects.Key Responsibilities:* Leading the end-to-end delivery of critical R&D development projects from inception through to successful production deployment.* Managing the complete software release lifecycle, aligning schedules, and coordinating cross-functional deliverables across multiple R&D teams.* Acting as the primary R&D interface for strategic external partners, managing integrations and cross-company project dependencies.* Driving collaboration between Product Management, Core R&D, QA, and Support to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate project risks.* Continuously optimizing release management frameworks and R&D processes to maintain a high standard of software quality and delivery.* Being an integral part of our thriving culture and helping to improve the team and the company.
