Program start date: January 2027 Program Details: The 6 months program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training) Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month) Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management. Assist in identifying and evaluating partner sales capabilities, business priorities, and market opportunities. Help manage and track partner pipeline activities, forecasts, and sales performance metrics. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and digital transformation. Build relationships with partner stakeholders and contribute to initiatives that accelerate partner sales practice development and customer success. Emirati National holding UAE Family Book. Fluency in English. You must be legally authorised to work in UAE to be eligible for this role. Currently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Passion for technology and customer obsessed. Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers. Proficient communication, analytical and presentation skills.
