Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Engineer include designing and implementing comprehensive test plans, executing manual and automated tests to identify and document defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, developing and maintaining test scripts and frameworks, analyzing test results to improve product quality, staying updated with industry trends and emerging threats to enhance our security posture, and mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of quality and security excellence. Key skills required for this role include proficiency in C/C++, in-depth knowledge of computer security principles, experience with distributed systems, familiarity with OWASP guidelines, and strong English communication skills. You work closely with our development teams, reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, and are an integral part of our agile framework, contributing to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
