Your day-to-day activities as an R&D Reliability/Test Engineer involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential failures, developing and executing test plans, and analyzing data to inform design improvements. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing reliability tests to validate product performance and identify areas for improvement


• Conducting failure analysis to determine root causes and develop corrective actions


• Developing and maintaining databases to track test results and product reliability metrics


• Collaborating with engineers to integrate reliability considerations into product design and development


• Creating and presenting technical reports to stakeholders, including test results, recommendations, and implementation plans


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our reliability engineering practices


• Working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless transition of products from development to production. You will be working in a dynamic environment, leveraging your technical expertise in analytics, failure analysis, reliability engineering, Python, and SQL to drive business outcomes.
