As a second-line leader, you will own regional strategy, revenue performance, and organizational growth while developing exceptional leaders and driving predictable execution. Working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations, you will play a key role in scaling Cyera's enterprise business and accelerating our next phase of growth.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Directors to build high-performing sales teams.Own regional bookings, forecast accuracy, and consistent attainment of quarterly and annual revenue targets.Execute regional go-to-market strategy, driving pipeline growth, new logo acquisition, and expansion.Champion MEDDPICC, Force Management, CRM discipline, and operational excellence across the organization.Recruit, hire, develop, and retain world-class sales leadership talent.Partner cross-functionally to remove obstacles, improve execution, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.Engage directly in strategic customer relationships and complex enterprise opportunities.Provide executive leadership with accurate forecasting, business insights, and risk mitigation plans.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
