You own outbound prospecting, building pipeline, and working closely with our Account Executives to move upmarket and expand our customer base. • Developing and executing targeted outreach strategies to potential customers, leveraging tools like ZoomInfo to identify and engage key decision-makers


• Building and maintaining a strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact


• Conducting high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media to prospective customers, with a focus on booking meetings and demos


• Analyzing sales performance data to optimize your approach, using metrics like NPS to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement


• Working closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize conversion rates


• Continuously refining your sales technique, incorporating feedback and best practices to drive consistent improvement.
