Sales Manager, Agency Partner Mgmt

Lead functional sales development projects and programs. Partner with others to analyze business trends. Recommend best practices for sales development. Contribute to business or process improvements. Mentor and guide team members to achieve sales objectives. * Build and manage relationships with priority local developer agencies and ecosystem partners. Create joint referral, pipeline and commercial-development activity with selected agencies. Identify and qualify incremental merchant opportunities, and route them to the right sales owner. Coordinate market, Partner and Product stakeholders to remove commercial or enablement barriers. Track agency-generated lead quality, conversion and contribution to incremental business. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. * 8-10 years of experience in developer ecosystems, agencies, partnerships, channel sales or platform commerce. * A track record of building trusted, productive ecosystem relationships and identifying where each partner can add genuine commercial value. Skilled at turning relationships into defined referral motions, opportunities and shared commercial plans. Comfortable translating integration or platform needs into clear merchant value and practical next steps, without overcomplicating the conversation. Coordinates stakeholders and measures conversion, removing barriers from opportunity all the way through to handoff. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to build structure into processes/engagement models, navigating in a matrix organization Familiarity with the payments industry will be highly advantageous Ability to steer a broad encompassing role with autonomy, taking initiatives and working independently with a myriad of decision makers Strong in execution rigor and 'making things happen'
