Your day-to-day activities as a Scientist, Quality Control (2nd/3rd Shift) include:

• Developing, validating, and maintaining quality control methods and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless integration of quality control processes


• Conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing corrective actions to mitigate potential risks associated with cell therapy products


• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize quality control processes


• Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members and contributing to the training and development of the quality control team


• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, and preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in cell therapy and quality control, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve quality control processes.
