You are overseeing and managing security and compliance operations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive security and compliance programs, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce, program management, and compliance to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulations

  • Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to maintain the highest security and compliance standards

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to ensure security and compliance considerations are integrated into product development and business operations

  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and GRC, to inform and evolve our security and compliance strategies

  • Managing and maintaining relationships with external auditors, regulators, and partners to ensure seamless compliance and security operations

  • Analyzing and reporting on security and compliance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
