As a Senior Account Executive, Aerospace & Defense at Tulip Interfaces, you are driving the adoption of the first IIoT-enabled frontline operations platform, transforming the manufacturing landscape. As a key member of the sales team, you are developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

You are managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with major aerospace and defense manufacturers

  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition

  • Collaborating with the sales engineering team to develop and deliver customized demos and presentations

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts

  • Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing relationships

  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends in aerospace and defense manufacturing

  • Providing feedback and insights to the product development team to inform the roadmap and ensure Tulip's solutions meet the evolving needs of the industry. As a Senior Account Executive, you are leveraging your technical and soft skills, including contract negotiation, SaaS sales, procurement, and market data analysis, to drive sales growth and exceed quotas. You are working closely with the sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, customer success, and product development.
