As a Senior Accounting Manager, your key responsibilities include managing the accounting team, overseeing financial statement preparation, and ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations. Your day-to-day activities involve

• Managing a team of accountants and contractors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting


• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements


• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act


• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve accounting operations and efficiency


• Collaborating with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models


• Analyzing financial data and providing insights to senior management to inform business decisions


• Managing credit card transactions and ensuring compliance with payment card industry (PCI) standards.
