Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems that integrate with our conversational AI platform, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and adoption. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable backend code that integrates with our conversational AI platform


• Collaborating with our data science team to develop and implement AI-powered solutions that drive growth and improve outcomes for our users


• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and developing solutions that meet the unique needs of personal injury law firms


• Working closely with our product team to develop and prioritize product roadmaps that drive growth and adoption


• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the growth and development of our engineering team


• Participating in code reviews and ensuring that our codebase is maintainable, efficient, and scalable


• Collaborating with our customer success team to identify and prioritize new feature development that meets the needs of our users. You will be reporting to our engineering lead and working closely with our growth and agents teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
