Senior Cloud Solution Architect - Agentic AI and Copilot Studio

Technical Direction Design and orchestrate agent solutions independently across complex customer environments. Define technical strategy rather than simply implementing existing designs. Advise technical decision makers and business stakeholders. Build reusable assets, frameworks, and documented patterns. Build and Deliver Agents Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents aligned to enterprise business processes. Deliver pilots, proofs of concept, and production-ready solutions. Build knowledge across the broader AI platform, including Azure AI Foundry and related agent technologies. Build outcome-based success plans and track value realization throughout engagements. Develop relationships with architects, technical decision makers, and business leaders. Build for Scale, Security, and Cost Advise on consumption and token cost management. Apply governance and methodology to identify and mitigate business and technical risks. Build champion communities and adoption programs. Support training and communication efforts that sustain long-term value. Participate in local, regional, and global technical communities. Build reusable agents, frameworks, and documented patterns. Ensure accurate opportunity, milestone, and delivery tracking. Coordinate effectively with account teams, specialists, and partners. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, IT consulting, support, systems administration, or related technical roles OR equivalent experience. ​This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.​ 2+ years of hands on technical experience with Power Platform, including governance and connector-based automation. 4+ years delivering technical solutions, including pilots, proofs of concept, and enterprise production deployments 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role. 6+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology consulting. Experience functioning as the senior or sole technical authority for a technology area. Cloud certifications, particularly advanced Copilot Studio & Power Platform certifications. Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, autonomous agents, custom agent development, and pro-code extensibility. Experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders without formal authority. Experience with AI governance, testing, evaluation, and cost management. Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing reusable assets to a technical community.
