Summary: We're looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join Clio's Compliance team in the UK and Ireland. This is a hybrid role: if you live near our Manchester or Dublin offices, you'll be in the office at least two days a week. You'll report to our Senior Manager, Compliance, within the Security team in Engineering. You'll help grow and automate Clio's compliance program as our products expand and we pursue third-party attestations like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build and improve a program, not just maintain one. You'll partner with Engineering, IT and teams across the business to manage risk, support responsible AI and product innovation, answer customer compliance questions, and build good compliance habits across Clio. What You’ll Be Doing: Designing and implementing Clio’s control automation initiatives Ongoing auditing and reporting on Clio’s compliance program state Working on cross-functional technology and business stakeholders to develop practices and outcomes that are aligned with our compliance objectives Create metrics and track program effectiveness and efficiency Lead the discussion and strategize effective adoption of changes that may affect Clio Participating in gap assessments, compliance readiness, and compliance monitoring Maintenance, support, and reporting on the Risk Management program Working with the Privacy Program Manager to identify and resolve privacy compliance issues within the product Collaborating cross-functionally with technology and business stakeholders to discover, track, and resolve impact assessments and ensure effective security practices Leading or conducting internal compliance assessments and coordinating external compliance audits Understanding where compliance requirements should be met, and where we must exceed Weigh in on the vendor risk management process Mentor junior team members to assist in leveling-up the team’s depth of knowledge and capabilities What you bring: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Security or Audit Certifications such as CISSP, CISM and/or CISA Familiarity with Information Security principles, knowledge of IT processes (e.g. Change Management) Strong product and project ownership skills Vendor Management, Incident Management, Risk Assessment/Management, Data Privacy Operations Excellent analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail Previous experience with GRC or compliance tools (e.g. OneTrust, Standard Fusion, Drata, Vantai, ZenGRC, Fusion Framework, Securiti.ai,) Interested or passionate in process automation Ability to balance priorities of multiple tasks advancing at varying rates Curiosity, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills What you will find here: Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. Initial placement within the range is informed by geographic region, experience, and skillset, with room to progress as impact and tenure grow.
