Greenlight is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the thinking behind our creative. This person will own the strategic point of view that shapes every brief, turning internal data and cultural signal into a clear creative direction our editors and creators can run with. You'll be the person in the room asking "why this, why now, why does it matter to our audience". This is a strategy focused role. We need someone who can look at performance data, platform trends, and audience behavior, and translate that into sharp, actionable briefs.
