Senior Data Center Operations Engineer

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Data Center Global Support Engineer to provide comprehensive support and escalation across Data Center Operations. In this role, you will drive exceptional customer outcomes and contribute to the growth of our business by applying strong technical expertise, support acumen, and a mindset of continuous improvement. You will collaborate with a global, cross-functional team at varying levels of seniority to enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of key functions and projects. This position requires a high degree of motivation, initiative, and accountability. Please note that travel to multiple OCI locations may be required to support data center buildouts and operational activities.
