Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and architectures, ensuring the integrity and quality of our data assets. Key responsibilities encompass:

• Developing and deploying stream processing systems to handle high-volume data streams


• Collaborating with the analytics team to design and implement data models and CRM integrations


• Writing efficient, scalable Python code to support data engineering tasks


• Ensuring data security, compliance, and governance across all data systems


• Working closely with the product team to integrate data insights into product development


• Participating in the development of the company's data strategy and roadmap


• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the growth of the data engineering team. You are working in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between our Helsinki, Uusimaa office and remote work, and reporting to the Director of Engineering. Your technical expertise in analytics, data engineering, and Python, combined with your experience in CRM and stream processing, make you an integral part of our team.
