Your day-to-day activities as a Senior Design Engineer include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, designing and developing user interfaces with CSS, and ensuring accessibility and usability across all our platforms. Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Developing and maintaining design systems and standards across the organization


• Collaborating with product managers to define product vision and roadmap


• Designing and implementing AI-driven features to enhance user experience


• Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to inform design decisions


• Mentoring junior designers and engineers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence


• Staying abreast of industry trends in UX design, AI, and accessibility to continuously improve our products


• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of our design and engineering processes.
