Senior Director, Product Marketing - Apps

Own the growth strategy and business performance for Power Apps, identifying the highest-impact opportunities to expand revenue, usage, retention, and market share across all segments and audiences. Define the category, value proposition, and product story for AI-native application development, partnering closely with Engineering to turn customer needs and market shifts into roadmap priorities, differentiated experiences, technical demos, launches, and value prop. Lead product marketing for the Power Platform portfolio, creating a coherent strategy across apps, automation, data, agents, governance, and extensibility while preserving clear product-level differentiation. Develop deep customer, partner, developer, and competitive insight; translate it into segment priorities, adoption programs, packaging and monetization recommendations. Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team and cross-functional community, setting a high bar for customer focus, technical fluency, strategic clarity, execution, and inclusive leadership. Embody our Culture and Values Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing, product management or IT OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in product marketing 6+ years people management experience. Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in product marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 15+ years experience in product marketing OR equivalent experience. 8+ years people management experience. Experience owning growth, adoption and market outcomes for a large scale cloud, SaaS, developer or business applications portfolio Experience in AI, application platforms, low-code development, data, automation, and governance, with ability to influence senior leaders and translate complexity into clear customer value.
