Sandbox VR is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and scale the marketing systems that power successful franchise launches. Supporting primarily U.S. openings, you'll partner with franchisees from approximately 90 days before opening through 45 days after launch, equipping them with the tools, training, and guidance needed to create local awareness, generate demand, and accelerate early revenue. This is a systems enablement role, not a market-by-market execution role. Success comes from designing repeatable processes, centralized resources, and scalable support that empower franchise partners to confidently execute local marketing while maintaining brand consistency.
