Senior Finance Manager - Deal Desk Data & Analytics

Analytics & Strategy Optimization: Support, manage and scale analytics and reporting to drive LT decision making on empowerment, strategic programs and deal making strategies. - Develop deal shaping and benchmarking tools to equip deal makers with real time strategic insights and analytics - Evolve offer level tracking for Deal Desk lead initiatives including ROI, adoption and customer conversion metrics that feed into strategy - Drive AI first solutions adoption across Deal Desk and MCAPS Finance with quantifiable impact and strong feedback loop - Champion seamless integration and widespread usage of modern tools within the organization, enhancing productivity for streamlined deal making. Spearhead initiatives to streamline processes by continuously enhancing our AI tools to increase operational efficiency and reduced friction across deal-making workflows. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive improvements, risk management, and business continuity Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in systems, tools and program management with a proven track record of delivering business results Demonstrated ability to use tools and technology to procure data from various sources, analyze data and present findings. Ability to craft the messaging and storytelling from insights to all levels of leadership or stakeholder.
